Integrated employment and skills development agency providing specialized one-to-one vocational and skills development services for people with disabilities, as well as to those facing related barriers to employment throughout Southwestern Ontario. Works with people with disabilities, employers, insurance companies and rehabilitation professionals.

Employment specialists provide employers with qualified candidates and follow up services in areas including:

• health services
• child care
• accounting
• education
• food services

Offers:

• The Workplace Success Program supports persons with disabilities to prepare for, find and maintain employment or become self-employed, thereby increasing their economic participation and independence. It assists employers, through a range of hands-on supports, to diversify their workplaces and to create inclusive and accessible work environments for employees with disabilities. The program supports career advancement of persons with disabilities who are employed full-time or part-time to gain greater knowledge, experience and essential skills to advance in their careers or have more job responsibilities.
