Description (Service) Connects health care workers, frontline workers and first responders with supports and access to services to help them during these stressful times and help them manage mental health challenges

Areas Served Bruce County ; Dufferin County ; Grey County ; Haliburton County ; Huron County ; Kawartha Lakes ; Muskoka District ; Northumberland County ; Parry Sound ; Perth County ; Peterborough (County of) ; Simcoe County
Eligibility Any health care worker, frontline worker or first responders in the region who has been impacted by stress related to COVID-19.
Application Self referral. Complete the self referral form. A clinician will phone you to conduct an intake.
